Shipping policy

Dispatch

Orders are picked and dispatched within one to two working days. Orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out on the next working day.

Shipping costs and delivery times

Shipping costs and the estimated delivery time for your address are shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking

You will get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel leaves us. If the tracking has not moved for five working days, email loominouscontact@gmail.com and we will chase the carrier or send a replacement.

Wrong address

Email us within twelve hours of ordering if you need to correct the delivery address. After that the parcel is usually already with the carrier.

Lost parcels

If a tracked parcel has not arrived within fourteen working days of dispatch we will replace it or refund you in full.
